The firm was founded by Jason Tandugon, a licensed CPA practitioner in California with extensive experience as a Controller for a multinational private entity and as a Tax Manager in a public accounting firm. With this background, Jason brings a unique perspective—understanding both the technical side of tax practice and the practical needs of businesses. Our accounting services are designed to deliver tax-ready financial statements that support compliance and informed decision-making.
As a former CPA practitioner in the Philippines, Jason is also dedicated to assisting U.S. citizens residing in the Philippines. His mission is to help clients file their U.S. tax returns accurately and efficiently while navigating the complexities of both U.S. and Philippine tax laws.
